About Me

I was born and raised in Southern California. My dad was a pioneer in the fruit brokerage industry, so I grew up with the food business in my blood.

 

I moved to Northern California to attend college and then law school. I resisted my dad’s urgings to return to Southern California to join the family business and embarked on a 25-year law career.

 

In 2002, I decided it was time for a change. I associated with my family’s company, Kendall Frozen Fruits, Inc., and worked independently to grow my own business. After 17 years working as an independent contractor with Kendall Frozen Fruits, I decided to venture out on my own. In November 2019 I formed Debbie Kendall Fruit, LLC.
